Hi,
Follow the procedure for speaker installation here. Verify it.
As this is a very basic output device, it uses the computer's Audio drivers to channel the sound from each speaker correctly. Make sure that your audio driver is installed and working. Other wise open another ticket and give us info on the sound card

Sure notta problem. just go to the logitec website. search your device in the search bar. once it finds your device click the downloads button choose your operating system and download the drivers. after its downloaded you must double click it to install. you may have to restart depending on the device but they should work after that. hope this helps. please rate me. thanks and good luck!

I start computer, I have a message: "C:\Windows\System 32\LogiLDA.dll". How do I fix it???

Your computer's Logitech drivers or software may be the cause of the error message you are currently viewing.
You can attempt the following methods to resolve the issue:

Restart your computer: Restarting your computer can sometimes solve problems.

Do a virus check: Malware on your machine could be to blame for the error message.
Use your antivirus program to do a thorough virus scan to look for any infections.

Upgrade your Logitech drivers: Outdated or faulty drivers may be the cause of the issue.
Download and install the most recent drivers for your device from the Logitech website.

Disable LogiLDA.dll at startup: To prevent LogiLDA.dll from loading when Windows starts, follow these instructions:

a. To launch the Run dialog box, use "Windows Key + R".

b. After typing "msconfig," click OK.

c. Choose the "Startup" tab in the System Configuration box.

d. Find the "LogiLDA.dll" entry, and then uncheck the box next to it.

e. Choose "Apply" and then "OK".

f. To apply the modifications, restart your computer.

Reinstall the Logitech software on your computer: If none of the methods mentioned above work, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the Logitech program.

If none of the aforementioned fixes the problem, you might need to contact Logitech support or a computer specialist for additional help.

Function keys don't work anymore

I would first reinstall any software/drivers that came with the device. You should also try contacting Logitech Technical Support (+1 646-454-3200). I've dealt with them recently and they were very helpful, even going so far as to replace my device completely at no charge when the support rep could not fix the issue I had.

Webcam is not showing any video at all!

Connect your webcam
Launch the logitech webcam toolbar from your desktop or if you chose not to install the shortcut - launch it from "All programs" or from your C drive - Programs and files.

Open the Quick Capture menu (2 film frames pic)
Check your image here
If it shows white - you have a logitech/computer software problem
If its OK you have failed to configure it correctly to whatever program you are using it in.

Did you install the support software required to run Logitech cameras - Directx 10 ?

Friend one of the possible problem of your computer is your operating system, it is possible that your computer might have have been infected with virus that is why there is always an error whenever you install your driver. One possible solution is for you to have an updated anti-virus program, you can have it through the internet. Then, you must run the updated anti-virus program on your computer and clean your computer, after doing so try to reinstall your driver.
