The exact same problem!

I have the same computer and i also just installed Sony Ericsson PC suite. The trackpad is frozen and i just can't do anything, a USB mouse also isn't working. The werid thing is, when i tried to uninstall the PC suite using my keyboard, it wasn't even on the list of existing programs. Please help, if anyone knows how to fix it.

Manual uninstall
*Delete SE PC suite files on under Program Files
*Click run and type regedit
*Goto My comp. \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE and find registry keys for PC suite, then delete the PC suite registry folder and it has now been uninstalled
See if uninstalling SE PC suite fixes it

Ok, if the suite was a legitimate non-virus software, then go to Program Files and find the folder for the PC suite. There should be something like uninstall.exe in the folder.

You must download PC suite first in order to read sms of your W810i on our computer.Things that you require are:
  • Data cable.
  • Phone monitor :It is the PC suite for Sony Ericsson W810i that will allow you to do task like reading SMS on your phone managing them,contacts and data etc.

Installation instructions:
