Black screen While watching tv the screen suddenly went black and the on light began flashing.  It was making intermittent bussing noises from inside.  The only way to turn it off was to pull the plug.  When restarted the same thing happened.  What' the problem??? can you tell

Sound like you have problem in two major.

1. Check the if there any short component in the primary and secondery side of the power supply.

2. If the component are ok in the power supply.Check in the deflection area.
