Printer cant connect

On your computer, go to Start menu > Printers & Faxes > double-click on the Lexmark X2600 Series print object. In the print queue window, click on Printer tab and select Resume Printing. Try to print again to verify that the problem is fixed.
If that doesn't help, try the steps below:

1. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this will stop the print spooler service)

2. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET START SPOOLER (this will restart the print spooler service)

Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

You did not clear that the printer is connected in wireless or Usb. However, below are the steps for both.

Please click on Start on the computer----Control Panel----Printers or Printers and Faxes or Devices and Printers.
Please right click on C6180 printer icon and click on use printer on line.
This will fix the issue, still persists, follow the below steps.
Click on Start- and in the search box type "services.msc" and hit enter.
Here, do we see an option print spooler?
Just stop that print spooler
and then restart that spooler.

Press the Setup button ( ) on the front of the printer.
Press the Down Arrow button ( ) to highlight Network , and then press OK .
Press the Down Arrow button ( ) to highlight View Network Settings , and then press OK .
Press the Down Arrow button ( ) to highlight Print Network Configuration Page , and then press OK .

Please note down the ip address of the printer and then follow the below steps.

Right-click on the printer Photosmart C6180 series---- click " Properties" , and then click the Ports tab
Click Add Port .

Click TCP/IP port and put (ip address of the printer)

, and then click New Port . The Add Port wizard starts.
Click Next ,
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish adding the port.

Then try to print and the issue will be fixed.

this isuue occurs because of the power failure or thunder storms or if we turn the router OFF.
I would suggest you to never turn off the router.
If, however, you face the same issue with the printer, please follow the same steps and the issue will be fixed.

Try to Create a new account using your Administrator account and then try to print from there. If it works perfect Otherwise ..!

1. Start, Run and type cmd hit enter
2. Type msiexec /unregister hit space and press Enter
3. Type msiexec /regserver (note the space) and press Enter

Now restart the computer. And Restart the Print spooler service.

Click on start--> run--> type cmd hit enter-->
on the black window --> type net stop spooler hit enter--> again type net start spooler hit enter.

Each time it should say successfull stop or start.

Now try to print. If still does not work.

Check the port of the printer. ( start-->run--> type control printers hit enter-->right click on HP LaserJet P2015dn Printer series--> choose properties--> on the top--> choose the TAB--> Port-->now check the port ---> it should USB001 port if its a cable connection--> if wireless it should show HP ip address .

Make sure this is right and then try printing. It should work .

Start by removing the printer driver(s). Check several times, as some printers hide in lots of places. Once the printer/driver(s) are all gone, try a new installation.

Go to Control Panel>Printer and Faxes>Add Printer> Network Printer>search>then find you printer and hit ok.

Set to PRINT DIRECTLY TO PRINTER in control panel.

to make spooling work its necessary to make it work
this is the procedure .if you do this it will work properly. till it is not done it will just ignore printing
1)click the start in the left sice of your computer screen
2)go to control pannel
3)click performance and maintainence
4)click system
5)click data execution prevention
6)turn on DEP for essential windows program and services only.
7)click the spooling services a tick mark sign will appear beside that means it has enabled.
now your printer will work properly.
