T-Mobile Wing rings normally when calls are received and calls can be dialed OK. HOWEVER, when connected on an incoming or outgoing call, I cannot hear the other party and they cannot hear me. I tried the MUTE button but the problem persists whether it says "Mute" or "Unmute". Volume is up to max. Also, Camera works OK BUT the "click" sound is not heard when taking a photo anymore. I pushed RESET and when phone came on again I heard the "coming alive" sound but still no sound when making or receiving calls.

I hate to say it but you might need to hard-reset the phone. If you choose to do so BACK UP YOUR DATA first. You can get a free program called "PIM Backup." This will let you back up all of your contacts, emails, etc. (all personal information). To hard reset, hold down both of the soft keys at the same time, then simultaneously use your stylus to hit the reset button. You should get a black screen with some text on it asking if you want to hard reset. Press the "send" key to confirm. If you don't get the screen right away keep trying as it doesn't work perfectly every time.

Testimonial: "I took my T-Mobile Wing back where we bought it. They did a Hard Reset as you suggest. Sadly, that did work. I now have a low tech Nokia 1680."

I get incoming calls but unable to make outgoing calls

Make sure that you have got sufficient credit to enable you to make outgoing calls. You can still normally receive incoming calls with no credit but make any except to emergency numbers.

I can make and receive calls, but I cannot hear anything.

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.
