Dont enter the wrong password three times! or you will have problems, the subsidy password is an unlock code to allow the phone to be used with other providers. If you know the original provider and have the original sim card you can normally send them an email or phone them and they may give you the unlock code. Are you using a sim from a different provider? What is the history of the phone?
What sim card do you have and where was the phone bought? what network?
What happened to make the subsidy password show up?
If you are using a sim card from a different network and it is still showing subsidy password then youll need to order an unlock code:

It should either be the last 4 digits of phone number or 1234 depending on provider. I have also came across it being 0000. try the first options.I hope it will help you.
Subsidy Password usually asks in Motorola phone. If it is a locked phone, you insert other network sim card without unlocking it,it will ask for subsidy code.BC50 is motorola phone battery type.So you need to specify the correct phone model,IMEI number, network and country it is locked now.Get subsidy code from the site Onlinegsmunlock.com and unlock your Motorola phone from network lock. Then use with any GSM network sim card.It will not ask for an unlock code.
