On this model you must check the micro fuses on the deflection board for open condition, also make sure you check the solder connection on and around the flyback transformer. The unit is out of convergence and usually blows two mini fuses near the end of the board nearest you look at the back.

Is there also a misconvergence? If so you need to replace the convergence ICs. The first place to start is the outlet and check to be sure it has power. The next is to check / replace the main internal (to the tv) fuse - it's a 5A 250V GMA fuse (google image of GMA fuse). To find the fuse, unplug the set and remove the back cover of the TV - follow the power cord to where it enters - the fuse is located to the right and slightly ahead of where the power cord is attached to the board.

Ur high voltage FBT,is dead the block of plastic with a red wire with a cap hook to the CRT(tv tube).Might also have to replace the whole power board?Because just couple parts it hard to determins,what else also ready to burn next!

try to resolder all bad cold solder and open ones
