because your logged in as an administrator not a user if you want you have your mfp password protected you have to set up user codes

simple answer .remove the button cell from the motherboard for 30 min

There is a application named FExplorer by installing this in your mobile you will be able to get the password of it .
The FExplorer installs on the symbian OS Mobile only

• Go to file manager on your mobile,
• In the "Settings" option,
• Choose system folders,
• In the "System" folder there's a file called "MMCSTORE",
• Send that to your PC using IR/Bluetooth,
• Then open it in notepad.

it sounds as if you have an IP address conflict, are you set to Dynamic or Static? if static set the last Octet ie:192.168.0.xxx to something at the top of your ip range, print out a config sheet from the Copier/MFP by going into user tools printer config page and print.
at the bottom r/h side is the host name of the printer typically with Ricoh it will be Rnpxxxx
set the hostname on your tcp/ip port to the host name ensure that you have dns information set on the MFP and your pc and also gateway info on both and that should fix the issue once your reboot the pc and MFP.
