first remove ur memory card and then switch off ur fone. den press and hold these keys '*' '3' and the call button(green) and while holding these switch on ur phone as ur phone switches on it will automatically start flashing. please take back up of all data stored on fone memory.

copy ur text messages via mark text option and den copy text... den go in notes make new note>paste text>save. den u can send dat note via bluetooth free of cost. another option is u can keep messages in sim card memory and den copy it to ur other phone.

Try this

To Select Last Good Known Configuration and manually install the new driver:
Approximate Troubleshooting time: 5-8 minutes
Reboot the PC and press F8 at startup
Select Last Known Good and let the PC boot
Browse to: C:\Drivers\System\UTLIntelMatrixStorageMgr3\
Run iata86enu.exe and follow the instructions (next, next…)
In the event you get pop-ups that the installer cannot find a particular file, hit the Browse button and point to the directory:
C:\Program Files\Intel\Intel Matrix Storage Manager\Drivers\
At the end of the install, accept the option to reboot.
Login to the PC and verify the new driver installed.
Open Device Manager and look for the Intel SATA controller (the name will vary between models)
Open the device.
Go to the Driver Tab (at the top). Click Driver Details.
Verify that iaStor.sys is now version 8.6.0.1007

now a days nokia software updater is not working fine. and as u told that while updating it got hang and now its not powering on then the software of your mobile may got corrupted. take it to nokia care and update its software.

Connect your phone to the PC.

Backup your personal data to your memory card or your PC using Nokia PC suite.

Start the Nokia Software Updater and follow the prompts. (Green icon that entitles "Download Nokia Software Update")

Restore your personal data to your phone.

The phone does turn off during software (firmware) update. A repair shop might be able to reload it, at a cost. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but you should have read my advice:

You need to download the latest Nokia PC Suite to do an update on your phone.
Before updating software you should check that there’s a newer version of software available.

WARNING
When updating software on Mobs, be sure to:
HAVE A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY INSERTED;
PUT IT ON GENERAL PROFILE;
TURN OFF YOUR PIN NUMBER;
CONNECT YOUR CHARGER TO YOUR MOB AND SWITCH IT ON;
DO NOT ----- DO NOT ---- TOUCH YOUR PHONE WHILE THE UPDATE IS GOING ON;
THIS CAN TAKE 30 MINUTES OR MORE.
And obviously don’t unplug the phone from the PC.
Be patient, you may have to do a restart or two on your mob afterwards. Even remove the battery to get it going again (not recommended). But give it plenty of time.
It is also wise not to use your PC while updating software, just in case the PC freezes.
If the PC freezes during an update, you’re up the creek without a paddle...

I did an update on a Sony Eric 810i it took nearly two hours.
More... Your phone turns itself on and off, sometimes more than once while updating software, you should leave it well alone during the update.
