My LG phone keeps shutting off on it's own due to

the network has locked the phone either it has been reported lost or stolen therefore the phone is no use

I think you need to format your phone, its like the file on it has been corrupt. A phone restore will solve the problem.

i have this too, it just turns off what ever you are doing and it claims inactive sim, then goes to demo mode. i turn it on and off and on and off multiple time to fix it it may for for 5 days or 5minutes and breaks again.

Granger1212 we had the same problem. We called LG and although our LG was out of warranty by 4 months, we were asked to supply our proof of purchase and LG sent a serviceman to our home and in 2 days we had our television back working wonderfully. It's the power supply, call LG and BE NICE, I'm sure they will fix it.

Simple, all you need to do is find the nearest cell phone tech. and have the battery replaced with a new one, this is sure to work

I know this is a silly question but are you putting the sim in correctly?
