Are you asking about ejecting the drive or the CD in the drive? The drive you may or may not be able to eject. Flip over the laptop look for slides or what looks like switches under the CD. Some units may have these releases. You usually slide them to one side or another and the drive can be removed.
If you are asking about the CD, i.e.the laptop wont power up but you still have a CD/DVD in the drive you want. Usually there is a tiny hole on the drive door. It's about the same size as a paperclip diameter. Unbend the paperclip until you have about 1 inch of wire straight out at a 90 degree angle from the clip. Gently slide the wire into the hole on the drive door and give it a gentle push. The door should unlock and come open just a bit allowing you to pull the door all the way open and remove your captured CD. The gears that open and close CD's are plastic and can be stripped very easy so be gentle. Close the CD by slowly pushing the door closed.

contact jensen sounds like a faulty dvd player if still under warranty they should fix it for free

If you're still looking for help I have the same one and had the same issue. You have to push the eject button once and right after push and hold it and it will let you change the angle. You have to be really quick between the push and push and hold. If it opens, just close and try again.

Jenson requires the green wire to be connected to the vehicle parking brake.(Safety feature) this green wire requires a negative switch to activate the screen.

there's a green wire thats s'posd 2 go 2 the handbrake switch. Ground this wire 2 any ground of the unit and voala. Its a safety feature of the unit.

The factory code is 0000. If a previous user has changed this, you are out of luck.

if evrything is ok with the dvd (make sure the dvd is working fine), you need to hook up the yellow/ blue wires and yellow / black wires one for parking breack and the other for the breack chek the diagram on top of the alpine radio .

i had my jensen three weeks everything was okay until all of sudden the unit wounld not load or eject CD's or DVD's
