You should be able to turn up the volume by "turning" the big wheel clockwise. If the earphones you're using have a volume control, check that. Also, look in the Settings menu. Under System Settings there's a Volume settings which gives you the choice of "Normal" and "High."
If those don't bring up the volume, try a different set of earphones. If that doesn't do it, then your Fuze requires service.
I'm having trouble understanding the question. Are you saying you don't know how or it won't adjust volume? Volume is changed by rotating your finger around the center disc.
