The applications on my phone are not working, and when it is starting i see something pop up says that application access is set to not allowed and when i set it to allowed it changes automatically when i come out.

firstly install these applications from Nokia store....third party s/w might not work properly. install application with mmc inserted and use them with mmc inserted............Permissions like always allowed/ask first time are only for network (GPRS) access....Mobyexplorer requires net.........many free applications also require net access as they carry some ads....if these permissions are denied then application closes......but be sure....if u select always allow/ allow first time, data usage charges will be applicable

Jst call ur service provider and ask thm to send u the settings required to run th java applictions fr ur nokia c3..
and also ask thm which setting should u make ur default as u might recieve more thn 1 settings frm ur service provider :D

first go to application manager, select the youtube app, options and select view access, select data access and choose always allow, select your default access point under connectivity and save, if problem still persist you may have to update your phone.

Here, before you open the application, click first the options, under it is the Application Access, you may see Communications, Data Access or Auto-Start, under Communications you may see Network Access...all you have to do is click Ask Everytime or Ask First Time Only... Do it with the rest, in Data Access (Read user data, Add and Edit Data) and Auto-start.... just set everything Allowed...okay!

You will need adjust the mail application's POP settings to get your Yahoo! Mail messages into it.

POP access is a service for owners of one of the following:

Yahoo! Mail Pop Access & Forwarding
Yahoo! Mail Plus Premium Services
A Broadband account
A Small Business account

Please note that access to IMAP servers is not available.

To use an email client or application to send and receive Yahoo! Mail messages, you may need to designate a new incoming (POP) mail server and a new outgoing (SMTP) mail server. Consult your owner's manual for instructions on designating servers in the email application.

If you can't add new POP or SMTP servers, you will need to change your current server settings.

Before you make any changes, write down your current settings. You might need to revert to your original settings later if you decide to send and receive messages from your other email addresses.

The following steps will help you find the POP settings for your Yahoo! Mail account and configure it:

Log onto your Yahoo! Mail account from a PC.
Click Options > Mail Options.
Click POP & Forwarding.

Connect device to pc using active sync and check application>startup and windows>startup for a lnk file that runs your application. copy this file to your desktop and delete it from the device. reboot the device and the issue should be now sorted. afterwards, place back the file on the folder where you have found it so the device will go back to starting the app automatically.

To fix this problem go to your menu go to settings than go to connections, now go to the USB hit OK now you will see memory card access, data modem, application access, GPS NMEA and finally help. Make sure it is on memory card access and not any of the other ones the memory card access is to allow a PC to use your phone as a memory card reader. Application access allows certain PC applications to access the phone. and finally the GPS NMEA allows the phone to output GPS signal from EMU port.

REMOVE MMC BACK UP OF ALL UR DATA FROM PHONE MEMORY INSTALL NOKIA PC SUITE IN UR PC AND DOWNLOAD UPDATES FOR UR MOBILE FROM NOKIA.COM INSTALL IT AND UPDATE UR MOBILE ONLINE.IT WILL FORMATE UR MOBILE ,RESET UR ALL UR SETTING

install new softwere on your nearest service senter
