Your cable must be a minijack to 2RCA. Minijack connected at line out on computer and 2RCA at AV1 in or other available port in on HHTS(Home theatre) (white and red socket). That is sound only. Video will be yellow (or vga/DVI/HDMI depending on graphic card)from your graphic card to AV1 in. same port as sound. Now select AV1 on HTS. If no picture on tv make sure you computer graphic card is set for dual display .

Background noise on vocal track

There is no doubt that sound on PCs and laptops can be a pain, and I have had to run a mixer output through the mic socket before now, such is the insensitivity of the PC's inputs. But you have done this, which implies that the mic input is not being connected to the sound system. You should have some controls of the way the sound is connected - try the Control Panel (assuming you have Windows) and opening up the sound applet. You won't get anything through Audacity etc., until the system is delivering. Sorry I can't be more specific.

How to hook up my pc's audio to rca rs3531 to

In general, your PC's sound card (and its controlling software) will determine what it can connect to.
Even the most basic PC would have stereo analog output via the typical green 1/8" connector or a headphone jack that easily adapts to RCA pair for REAL audio connection. Any Line Level (AUX in your case) input EXCEPT PHONO would accept the PC's output. The output level would be controlled by the sound card software and settings.

I want to know how to hook up system to pc to view netflix?

If you have hdmi on your computer and ht system then you can use an hdmi cable. If you dont, then tou can use an auxilay cable thats the same on both ends like you see on a pair of hedphones. You may have to use an adapter to make it larger on the end that goes to the ht system as many of them have the large headphone jack. Then hook up the pc side to the green sound input and you should be good to go.

You have what sounds like a RAM problem. Try known good RAM as a test. If it still fails, remove add on cards except video. Make sure that video card works. If it still fails to boot. Replace motherboard.
