Hitachi P50H401 display problem

I would check the software and make sure it's the latest or upgrade.

first I would check firmware and upgrade if possible, then if no avail try hard reset and try again

sound like mine,the two power clips have gone,midle panel to left,need to be replaced,if still no good,need new mother board with the clips.

Do you have the menu on screen??

If you dont have image, maybe you need change the Y-Sus PWB and the SDR´s

I think you have problems with the digital main PWB.

If the power PWB failed, turn off and change the pilot ligth to red.

I know this might sound stupid but try changing the channel or changing the aux / cable / tv button... I  had to put my phillips 50" in the shop for the same problem ..but I had it for 3 yrs .they said it was the power supply and will cost 1k to get the power back and may cost evne more if one of the boards went out (video i guess?) so make sure u get the extended warentee u will need it .Its only a matter of time ... good luck quickdrj
