If the media player player that would mean that the driver of sound device is functioning properly. In my years of experience as computer technician this is usually caused by a loose plug. Just replace your sound card. YOur sound driver is functioning properly. So the problem is in the hardware. It also happened to my pc.
the plug that I mean is the female plug not the jack. If the female plug is loose, there is no solution but to replace it. You can buy a cheaper good sound card. buy a PCI Sound Card. Insert it in the PCI slot and that will help the problem, if the problem is the plug,.but more likely it is the female plug(the hole) Hope this helps.

edit: if the media player is playing then sound driver is ok. So the problem is more likely in the hardware like the loose female plug, we call that as Audio output.

Retired sound engineer here, so you're in luck. First, it depends what you're trying to do.
1. If you just want computer audio to come out of the Marshall, just get a 3.5mm male to 1/4" male cable.
2. Usually you wouldn't plug into the earphone output, but the audio line output on the back of your computer (usually green).
3. If you want the computer to create effects in real time on your guitar, instead of plugging the guitar directly into the Marshall, get a second 3.5mm to 1/4" cable and plug the guitar into the computer audio input (usually a blue jack in the back of your computer). Best of luck!
1. Check the Audio icon on the task bar if muted. If yes Unmute
Go to start > control panel > sound. and make sure that nothing is muted.
2. Sound Diagnosis
refer this photo
3. Re install the audio drivers.

4. If steps 1-3 don't work, then take your speaker to your friend's computer and see if it works there?
if yes then something is wrong in your computer system,
if no, then something is wrong in those devices.
Refer to this image below.
From your speaker the 3.5mm jack should be plugged at back of I/O ports LINE OUT.

if overload warning displays only when you activate speakers "a",,, please check your wiring and speakers for that channel, first remove both A speakers turn it on, if its okey plug one speaker and try again if okey remove it and try the other one, when you see which one is it check the wire and the speaker ( every time you hook the speaker turn it off before that) overload means something is shorting and that protects the unit to prevent furter damage

that depend on how you wire the speaker my friend and the performance of you am and u have to use jl -dclass series amp for the best performance of those speakers
Check the basics first :
1. Are the speakers plugged into the mains
2. Are the speakers plugged into the computer
3. Make sure the volume on the speakers is not turned off.
4. Make sure the volume icon in windows is not on mute.
5. Is the soundcard driver installed correctly
If you need help with this please let me know make and model of computer and which operating system you are running.
Believe it or not, not all speaker plugs, even if they are of the same size are NOT made the same. Some times the "male" PLUG pushes into the "female" socket in such a way that it makes NO connection or does not make the right connection causing the headphones not to work. TEST: play music that u can hear through the internal laptop speakers, and while the music is playing, plug in the headphones. The internal speakers SHOULD cut out, and under normal conditions the music should pass through the headphones. If the speakers cut out and the headphones don't work, your plug is damaged. If the speakers DON'T cut out after u plug in the headphones, your plug is open. Depending on the audio circuit, your audio amp. inside the laptop is going to get damaged. It depends on the WAY the audio circuit was made.
according to my friend wer i bought this pc,the speaker is working okey, and i try your suggestion look for the plug until now the problem is a problem
