Power button light flashes and will not come on after three or four tries the the tve will turn on and the picture will flicker for a few minutes before it will stop and then u can watch tv and it works fine.
The flashing light opposed to a solid pwer indicator light usually means it needs to be serviced. I wouldn't reccomend home repairs, but repairs sometimes cost more than the product. You should compare prices and such before making your move.
