I plugged in my Pro-Form 730cs treadmill and it won't start.

I plugged in the treadmill and the little light in the plug-in is red so there is electricity going to the treadmill. I put the little safty key in the slot. None of the buttons work to start the treadmill. It won't start.

I have a Pro-Form 580X. Power display comes on, but belt won't move. Buttons on display screen won't work either

It seems like you're experiencing issues with your Pro-Form 580X treadmill. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Safety Key: Ensure that the safety key is properly inserted into the console. Treadmills typically have a magnetic safety key that must be in place for the treadmill to operate.

Circuit Breaker: Check if there's a circuit breaker on the treadmill. If it has tripped, reset it. This is often located near the power cord entry point.

Power Source: Verify that the treadmill is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Test the outlet with another device to make sure it's working.

Calibration: Some treadmills require periodic calibration. Check the user manual for instructions on how to calibrate your specific model.

Check for Obstructions: Ensure that there are no obstructions or debris around the belt or underneath the treadmill that might be preventing it from moving.

Lubrication: Treadmill belts may require lubrication. Consult your user manual for guidance on how to lubricate the belt properly.

Control Panel: If the control panel buttons are not responding, it could indicate an issue with the console or wiring. You may need to contact Pro-Form customer support or a technician for further assistance.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's advisable to reach out to Pro-Form customer support or a qualified technician for a more thorough diagnosis and potential repairs.

How do I turn on my Pro form 760 ekg .

Dear Sir.
Please turn on the power switch that goes down in the machine is Red switch, most of time there some light of Neon that illuminated when you push to ON. Otherwise reset the button to the side to the power button.

If everything is o.k go inside of the machine and see if the breaker of fuse is tripped or blow, or corrored ( clean but disconnect the power cord): and try again. If not work. You must see if you have power from the outlet wall in your house and reset your breaker.

sincerely. God bless you.

Dear Sir:

You must do the following:

2) If Not voltage 115 Vac, check breaker or fuse from the Panel( Main) or Sub-Panel for that circuit.

3) If there are 115 Vac, so proceed with the wires of the plugs, retigh conection and see if the contact of the plug is clean or oxide, ( clean with ethilic alcohol 100%) .

4) Check the Main button if there Voltage use the VOM( Voltimeter) , after check the push button Start , clean this .

5) If not work, check the relais and clean with ethilic alcohol 100% in the Board Controller, after check the Breaker.

My pro form treadmill - panel lights come on but belt not operating? Any ideas how to repair or who would call out - Derbyshire area? Thanks

If the light are on and when pushing the console start button the oval track lights (on the console) should move. If not, then your console is bad. On most Pro Form consoles you have to replace the entire console. Individual parts are not available.
