Hello Casette tape can be reeled to the capstan shaft and jammed. It is a tricky way to get it out. Only an experienced service technician can do this work. If you try to pull the casette hold tray out by force, it will get broken, and will turn irreparable. OK.
Could be down to some faulty capacitors on the Output or Input side, these can sometimes go open and cause voltage spikes which would explain why the speakers are moving strongly in and out. Id see about getting the capacitors changed on the audio board, or see if any of them are buldged. The capacitors look like small cans and can be either blue or orange with a black stripe down one side.
