REBOOT THE IPAD?

iTunes enables you to restore iPad to factory settings. Before you start restoring iPad to factory settings, please note that you need to install the latest version of iTunes on your computer. Then go to Settings > iCloud to turn off Find My iPhone. Now, you can factory reset your iPad with iTunes as follows.

1. Plug iPad into the computer with the USB cable. The iTunes on your computer will automatically launch. If not, double-click the icon to start it.

2. Click the name of your iPad at the upper right corner of iTunes, and then the information of your iPad will be shown. Click the "Restore iPad" button in the window to start.

3. iTunes will ask whether you want to back up iPad before restoring. You'd better choose "Yes" for the reset will erase the contents in your iPad. Then iTunes will start restoring your iPad to factory settings.

4. Click Restore again to confirm. Then iTunes erases your iPad and installs the latest iOS software. After you restore tablet to factory settings, it will restart. Now you can set it up as new.

How to Restore iPhone 6 Plus to Factory Settings

Then go to Settings > iCloud to turn off Find My iPhone. Now, you can factory reset your iPad with iTunes as follows.

2. Click the name of your iPad at the upper right corner of iTunes, and then the information of your iPad will be shown. Click the "Restore iPhone" button in the window to start.

How to Restore iPhone 6 Plus to Factory Settings

I assume you did reboot. After that I would try to update again.

Try restoring the iPad. Plug it into your Mac/PC, launch iTunes, backup your iPad, then restore. I've experienced this sort of glitching before but my iPad was jailbroken. Restoring it helped. That's the first thing I would do.

You could try connecting the iPad mini to your computer and then open iTunes and do a full restore.

You can add music to the iPad by directly downloading from the iTunes app or by importing your music into iTunes on a computer. Once your music is imported/downloaded into iTunes on a computer, you then just need to sync the music by connecting your iPad to a computer.

If the iPad will not reboot using the standard "Hard Reboot" (holding the power button and home button until the iPad restarts.) then I would advise restoring the iPad using iTunes which will set it back to factory settings.

If you haven't already done so, you have to download the Pogo application from the iTunes app store. If your problem is with the app itself, the first step would be to reboot your device. To reboot the iPad, hold down the button on the top of the iPad until you get the option to shut down the device. Once shut down, press the same button to power on the iPad. Test the Pogo app to see if it works now.
