Is there a 'reset' hole on the back by any chance? If so, gently insert the end of an opened paper clip into the hole and push in until you feel a button being pushed. Hold it there for about 10 seconds and then release. Your tablet should reset and start again.

If your tablet freezes, or in any other way does not react, you can force it to turn off by pushing and holding the power button for 15 seconds. If this doesn't work, use the 'pinhole reset button'. Get a paperclip and use it to gently push the reset button on the backside of the unit.

If this doesn't work, use the 'pinhole reset button' when available. Get a paperclip and use it to gently push the reset button on the backside of the unit. *Note- above information taken directly from Polaroid site.
Hi Jeremy.
this is a reset. Only after this screen is shown, press and hold the power and volume up buttons together for 3 seconds. Now, use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select items. Navigate to and select "wipe data/factory reset".

Yes. Some of the older models have a reset button, you have to push with a safety pin. The others have the reset feature in the settings. You can choose to leave the mini memory card in the tablet to clear it or remove it before reset to save the non factory stored apps on it.
