Could have clipped the low voltage wire outside with a weed wacker, could have blown out the run capacitor or lost a major component! If the unit is buzzing when you turn it on but nothing's running (compressor or fan)then you have a failed run capacitor! The list of things it could be are endless without more info

This problem is almost certainly caused by the thermistor failing. The thermistor is located at the
air outlet of the unit. This is a thermal resistor that cuts off the electricity to the unit if it overheats. Sometimes it can fail from age.
Go to;

and enter your unit number. You can even get diagrams in the left-hand corner screen.
Replace with same value thermistor.
Also see if a mini manual in hidden behind the control panel.

It's obviously on the 12voltDC circuit of the AC unit. Sounds like thermostat, or a relay in control box is faulty or bad connection. If you remove cover on ceiling assy., you should be able to hear it in the control box. There should be a model number on the ceiling assy., get back to me with that number and I can better pinpoint which relay. Also, try moving all thermostat buttons and temperature controls back and forth quickly to see if it may clean off a dirty circuit in thermostat as well. Make sure your AC hydro breaker is off when working with ceiling assy. just to be safe.

It sounds like your compressor is having a hard time starting. Take your model number to an appliance parts store and ask for a compressor start relay. It plugs directly into your compressor and is easily replaced. Remember to unplug the refer first.
This is usually caused by a failed component in the power circuit within the camera and can usually be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired qualified service technician.

Thank you. It makes no noise at all went I turn it on . Nothing. The fan doesn't kick on. It's like it's not getting power at all. I know I'm not giving enough info on it. But I really know nothing about AC units. Thank you for your response.
