I think its because you do not have a custom firmware?
do you have a custom firmware? or did you upgrade from the PSNetwork? because if you did, thats an Official Firmware, and OFW's dont play isos.

Testimonial: "thanks a lot but how/where could i get custom firmware for my PSP"

you could search around the internet for it. i think the highest CFW they have now is..a 5.00 M33? im not sure though, type Custom Firmware PSP download in google and you'll find some downloads. Goodluck!

All the games cant be played and the screen shows error 80010013

The problem might be with your memory stick dou that causes your PSP to hang up and reboot. I think your using a fake memory stick duo and your PSP is not stable. Please make sure that your memory stick is seagate supported. You can check that by simply going to your memory stick information. Your games are not deleted. The game is still on your memory stick, you just need to run again your PSP custom firmware and your enabler. To permanently resolve this, you need to buy a genuine Sony memory stick dou and then run again your PSP custom firmware and your enabler. You can access this link http://pspslimhacks.com/ for your PSP custom firmware and your enabler.

Downgrading my psp 5.51 to 3.70 m33

Sorry Ryan, you will need a service or pandora battery to reload custom firmware.

This will let you back up games you already own and run them from the memory stick.

You can create a pandora battery and the 'magic' memory stick from any psp already running custom firmware. You can also buy them online, and if you look in the local classified ads website where you live, you can probably find people offering that downgrading service.

I cannot run through the steps here to create your own, but tutorials are all over the net and sites like youtube.

Can i play games frm memory card with updated psp 5.51 firmware

it should be possible if you get custom firmware or downgrade
how you can do this is by using a pandora battery and a magic memory stick
you can buy a pandora battery off ebay or whatever for cheap these days and you can use your current memory card as a magic memory stick
all it does is start the psp in a mode where you can reinstall the firmware with whatever firmware you want.
you will have to research into it because i have done it on my psp
im running 5.00 m33-2
but my psp is a 1002 model

good luck mate,

Custom firmware

Earlier you have said that you were able to play games from memory stick and since you updated your psp firmware the didn't worked.
First Check your current firmware version . To do this go to
Settings > System Settings > System Information on your PSP . If you your version showing  for example 5.00 M33 you are still in Custom firmware. In this case you should able to play the games from memory stick. or else you memory stick is back... or you custom settings are wrong.

If its showing  for example 5.00 you are with Sony's official firmware. In this case you wont be able to play the games from  memory stick. From here to make your PSP play the games from memory stick you need to Downgrade your PSP. Only way to make this possible is through Pandora Battery and Magic Memory Stick.
So please check your version and let me know so i can guide you further. Also tell me whether your PSP is PHAT or SLIM & LITE..... or check the version of your PSP by removing the battery. Underneth it find some letters and numbers PSP-100x / PSP-200x / PSP-300x
