Turn the green screen control on the Focus Block until retrace lines appear and gradually turn it back
Until the point where you can see the retrace line disappears, just before cutoff.
2. Turn the red screen control on the Focus Block until retrace lines appear and gradually turn it back
Until the point where you can see the retrace line disappears, just before cutoff.
3. Turn the blue screen control on the Focus Block until retrace lines appear and gradually turn it back
until the point where you can see the retrace line disappears, just before cutoff.
4. If the screen still appears too bright after proper G-2 adjustment, you need to adjust the sub-bright adjustment in the service menu
control down until screen cut-off. (Service data Range is usually 21 to 25 in the Service menu, for Sony sets you first go to category "MCP2", & then adjustment item 01( "SBRT")= subright.
For electrical the focus, put on the screen a clear picture of your choice thru an input of the TV set from a DVD, then pause the playback of the DVD Look into each color and rock that color focus control back and forth (turn the control one way then the other way slowing down as the picture goes into the best focus. till the picture looks sharp do each color till they all look in focus. NOTE: it is best to look into each color tube to achieve the best electrical focus. For optical focus please follow the manual lens adjustment in the sets service manual

Where, exactly, are the headlight adjusters for the drivers side headlights?

What is the proper adjustment/
Head light adjusters are part of the head light assembly and yes high and low beam are adjusted as one unit normally. Proper adjustment is done on a machine, at an equipped facility.

How do i adjust the head lights in or out on a 2004 dodge stratus---or can i?

If by in or out you mean make the beam pattern move closer or farther away from the vehicle, then yes you can. There are adjustment screws (usually 2) on each headlamp assembly. One raises and lowers the headlamp. This will move the beam closer to (down) or further from (up) the vehicle. The other will adjust the beam from left to right. The screw at the top (or bottom) is for the vertical and the screw on the side is for horizontal. The easiest way to adjust the headlamps correctly is to, at night, go to a location where you can park about 50 feet away from a blank wall. Turn on the low beam headlamps. In order to "properly" adjust the lamps, the left side headlamp's main beam should cast is "ring" on the wall at about the centerline of the car (left-to-right adjustment), with the bottom of the beam just reaching the ground (vertical adjustment). The right side headlamp should be adjusted to shine along the right edge of the vehicle (where the white edge line would be) at the 50 foot mark (left-to-right) and the height should be the same as the left headlamp - beam just touching the ground. Many people make the mistake of pointing them straight down the road. This causes "overspray" into the oncoming lanes and blinds oncoming motorists. I'm sure you've experienced the annoyance of someone coming toward you with their lights right in your eyes. That is caused by misadjustment. If you get the low means right, the high beams will work well for approximately 200-300 feet down the road, which, unless you are night racing, is more than enough distance to see well to drive.

How do I adjust the headlight beam on a 2008 Yamaha scooter Vino 125 adjust beam down

Most scooter have a tiny hole (4 to 6 mm) underneath the head light.
with a long reach screwdriver (either flat or Phillips) you can reach a screw head. Usually tightening it will raise the beam and loosening it will drop it.

2001 HD FXD headlight adjustment

INSPECTION

Verify correct front and rear tire pressure, put the motorcycle on a level floor or pavement area with minimum light, put the motorcycle 25 ft (7.6 m) away from a screen or wall measuring the distance from directly below the front axle to the base of the screen/wall, draw a horizontal line 35 in. (0.9 m) above the floor on the screen/wall, load the motorcycle with a rider, and passenger and any cargo normally on the bike when it is in use so that the weight will compress the motorcycle suspension as it would be in normal use, stand the motorcycle upright as it would be when being ridden i.e. with both tires resting on the floor or pavement and with the front wheel oriented in straight forward alignment, turn ignition the switch ON, set the handlebar headlamp switch to the HIGH beam position and then check the light beam for proper alignment. The main beam, which is a broad, flat pattern of light, should be centered equally above and below the horizontal line on the wall or screen with the light beam pointed straight ahead and when properly adjusted the headlamp will project an equal area of light to both the right and the left of center. Adjust if necessary to obtain the foregoing light pattern and placement.

ADJUSTMENT

All Models But FXDWG

Remove the snap plug on top of the headlamp housing, loosen the adjusting nut on top of the headlamp, move and adjust the headlamp to obtain the light pattern on the wall or screen as is desired, tighten the adjusting nut being careful not to move the headlamp and then recheck the alignment and re-install the plug.

.

FXDWG Models

Loosen the horizontal adjusting bolt so you can adjust the headlamp beam side to side, loosen the vertical adjusting bolt so you can adjust the headlamp up or down, align the headlamp to obtain the desired pattern on the screen or wall, tighten the bolts and recheck the alignment and light focus pattern.

Wide variance in beam lights between left n right frontheadlights

You can adjust them with either a philips screwdriver or hex head. I recommend parking on flat surface about 15 feet away from garage door or wall and set them. Or go to shop and have them use an alignment machine to do it.
