Just got logik ldvr 1608 dvd but it cant find any

Put the main aerial lead into the dvd tune in the channels,once in then it will not scan.

try to reset ur tv to factory setting.....should be in ur instruction booklet...when done try to set to automatic channel search and it should find Chanel for ur area

If you can't access the main tv menu in order to choose a factory reset or initial installation you will need specialist help.

In that case I suggest you contact the Logik website or a local dealer. The instruction manual might help...

Products such as this will use an internal tuner to tune channels, this tuner will not detect your televisions freeview stations, to record from your television, connect scart out from tv to the scart in on the recorder, then select the scart A/V channel, use the television to select the channel you want to record, you will not be able to record 1 freeview channel and watch another freeview chanel as you only have 1 digital tuner (in the television) the recorder does not have freeview built in.. hope that helps

hi, did you find a solution? i have in built freeview and have bought a recorder but i cant pick up any freeview channels on it. the dvd recorder is a Wharfedale DVDRHD400 cheers tom
