After 3 times restarting the mobile shut down

I have 5310 express music, Today morning when I tried to power up it, the mobile restarting 3 times and then shut down

Hi Friend,
Please find the below mentioned steps and kindly follow the steps,

1.Switch off the mobile.
2.Remove the sim card,battery and memory card.
3.Hold the switch on button for 20 to 30 secs,
4.After that replace the sim card and the battery.
5.Now switch on the mobile,
6.After it has switched on now replace the memory card.

Tray to remove memory card before swithing on.stil not work? tray to formatt press and hold * button,no 3 button, green(call) button and power on in the same time till your phone twingkling.your phone will back to factory setting.Good luck.

puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
