My Samsung YP-T9 MP3 Player wont turn on. I was just listening to it yesterday and it was fine. But today when I pressed the button to open it, it didnt open. I plugged it into the comp to charge it but no response. What should I do?

I found that pressing and holding all 3 buttons (on side of unit) and waiting about 5 seconds turned mine on.

When that happened to me i plugged it into the BACK USB port of the computer and let it charge for three hours it sould be fine
no clue y the back works and the front doesnt when that happens but it does :P

I think holding down menu and the record button at the same time should fix it. I read the best solution and it just turned on. I was having the same problem, mine would not turn on either but just try pressing and holding down the record and menu button for about 5 seconds.

Try pressing the menu and the record button together at the same time.This resets the yp-t9.I guess this should help.

Did you try pressing (A<->B/red dot) and Menu button at the same time? It resets it!!!

I had that problem and i sent it in and turns out it had a virus on it!!!!
If your warrenty still covers it, they will delete the virus and send it back as good as new. FOR MORE INFO www.samsung.com

Fully charged and Not doing anything?
Press and hold [A>B/o] and [power/play/pause] buttons for four or so seconds. A screen pops up and like press the center, silver ['ok'] button about four times as a password or something. Doing this process wont delete your files or mess around with your settings.

My Samsung YP-K3 MP3 Player That I borrowed from my friend
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

My Mp3 Dont turn on
I had the exact same problem with my mp3 a couple days ago and someone posted a solution for it. U can reset ur mp3 by pressing the menu button and the A/B button at the same time, hold that for a few seconds and try to turn it on again. It actually works!!!

Look sir.The yp-t9 has a minor problem of freezing.When it freezes just press the rec button and menu button together this would reset your yp-t9.This will help.
