Layout cannot be loaded

I dont remember actually trying to change my display setting, but anyways, instead of my pix my phone says,....."the layout you have selected cannot be loaded. please selerct a different layout using the Home Screen item in settings." when i go to settings, there is a place to type under "home screen layout" and when i scroll down to "color scheme" i click on the arrows left and right, but NOTHING happens. the background image changes but when finished, the display is NOT CHANGED. PLEASE HELP THANX jackee bailey

The question mark key (?) normally doesn't change function, unless you've loaded foreign language support and changed the keyboard layout setting in your operating system. If you're in the U.S. and using U.S.-English applications, you should specify that you're using a U.S. 102 or 104-key layout, or whatever your keyboard actually is, and make sure that you're not inadvertently running a keyboard support driver for a non-Roman character set.
