I have a krups type 962. the washer broke around the top of the filter. I took the filter of but need to replace the filter, where do i buy these from???????

Hi, just bought a krups xp4020 but has no instructions as graded product where can i see the instructions please? it looks simple enough with one master controller but what do the symbols mean?

water is leaking from the bottom, it seems inside the machine something is broken. Try to open the bottom and there are metal small parts, but couldn't open it completely because do not have the tools.
