My phones screen has gone blank. The light stays on the whole time when i turn it on. I cant turn it off i have to remove the battery to turn it off. Is there anything i can? If i cant fix this myself how much would it cost to repair it?
The phone is alive but seriously ill with a viral attack. Or whatever caused the firmware to get corrupted. get it re-installed. Do not do it yourself as it is risky. Although it is permitted by Nokia. I lost my E61i doing it. get it done fron Nokia Care. It takes them about half an hour. Cost I cant tell you in the absence of your location.

Oh, very bad. Think you try remove the battery and insert again, turn on the phone. If it's still show blank screen, maybe your phone was crashed. Bring it to Nokia care, maybe they can help you!

That depends. You might wanna try checking it through some mobile phone repair shop to gather some info about the total cost. However one little tip is; try to have it checked and if indeed phone needs to be repaired, verif how mmuch it'll cost first b4 having it fixed. Then try double checkinng from the stores how much it'll cost to buy a new one. Since if phone's have already been damaged it is most likely to do the same thing on your eventually.
u first uninstall the game then tak of the battery and keep out 4 som time. and then put it in.. tis mite help u.. if ther prob exists stil then u ll hav to contact the service center
this happens with me sometimes when my phone battery is empty and i connect it to the charge what i do is just remove the battery from the phone then put it again and it should work normally
