My QSC 1500 LOUD speaker won't turn on why?

I've had QSC power amps with internal fuses in the AC power section, and I have seen the fuse holders separate from the board. These were the 2-piece (per fuse) clips that solder to the board and the fuse clips into them. I'm not sure if you are talking about a speaker, a power amp, or a powered speaker, but if it doesn't power up at all, it's probably in the AC Power Supply area.

Qsc hpr181i blow fuse

Hello,

Two possibilities here, one is a cracked pin on one of the power supply UF diodes and the other one that the power output devices got fried.

I connected my QSC K12 to a powersupply that was dimmed, The power. Switch was turned on when I connected the power cord and I heard a booming sound that came with a spark.I suppose the fuse has to be...

This can be found on the QSC Support site and appears to be the only reference to the problem on these loudspeakers. Check the site at the link below:

Open up the cabinet, take a look and tighten up the clips that hold the fuse for the horn in place...Tech. support said they've seen that problem many times in the past.
