Ice maker quit making ice

inspect the ice make to check for any sign of visible damage or misalignment, .and unplug the fridge and plug it again

If freezer cooling but fridge not cooling,then its a defrost issue.First freezer cools,then cool air from freezer gets to fridge and fridge gets cool.But if freezer defrost cycle not taking place then its faulty defrost assembly parts.

we can not get water or ice out of the dispenser

check the water solenoid for the ice maker on the back

The chute where the ice drops through could be icing up, try removing the I bin and cleaning the ice build up out.

There can be many reasons for no water supply. Line feeding the refrigerator is clogged or blocked. The water control valve that turns water to ice maker and dispenser is defective or the water filter located inside your refrigerator is in need of change. well first the icemaker valve and water despensor valve a separate so you might want to try but to change it out you have to change both valves cause they made together then also check and makes sure your tube is not froze up and if that aint it then change your icemaker now for a little tip the icemaker will not run as long as the freezer door is open

1) Electric Water valve check up.
2) Water/Ice dispenser control check up
3) frozen plastic pipe inside door or/and chilled water container frozen
4) old water filter (clogged)

Sounds like the water hose to the ice maker has come loose. Is it in warranty?
