Go to micro innovations website, and look for your model#. Most sites offer manuals, and drivers (what you probably need) for download.

Problems installing Mi Micro wireless mouse, model number KB985W. My operating system XP Home is asking for the CD (software) disk which I do not have. Where is a supporting website to download software...

Check to see if you've got the latest service pack for XP Home installed. You should be on service pack 3. Download and install from the Microsoft website. This may sort out your problem.

I bought a micro innovations Elite keyboard and it didn't come with a installation CD The model is KB565BL I was wondering if you could help me with this?

On your computer, go to control panel, then go to printers and other hardware, on the left of the page you will see : add hardware. A box will pop up andtell you if you have the CD to install to use it, If you dont then it will generally take you through the process step by step of choosing the product you want to install, then it will have you make other choices involving numbers that you will need to get off of the keyboard, usually on the back of the device (keyboard). This will take you throught the step by step installation process. Hope this helps

What aboutmicro inovations infared mouse kb985w drivers for win 7 and other issus

The Micro Innovations infrared mouse kb985w is a Plug-n-Play device and does not require any additional driver.

Windows 7 USB ports are backwards compatible with USB 1.1. Your mouse should work with Win 7 with any driver installation.

But if you're asking for driver to reprogram the buttons of your mouse, you need to contact the manufacturer and verify with them if they have a software that would work with Win 7.

Good luck and have a good evening!
