How do i install my web camra? - Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 Web Camera

1. step 1 Place the product installation CD in the CD drive of your computer. The installation wizard will start automatically. Follow the installation wizard prompts.
   
2. Step 2 Plug the USB connector at the end of the LifeCam connection cable into an available USB port on your computer when prompted.
   
3. Step 3 Place the LifeCam on a flat, level surface, or hang it from your computer's monitor. Continue following the wizard prompts until the installation wizard finishes.
   
4. Step 4 Click the "Start" button, then click "All Programs" on the Start menu.
   
5. Step 5 Click the "Microsoft LifeCam" folder icon in the list of programs on the Start menu, then click the "LifeCam" icon. That opens the LifeCam software and completes the installation process.
   

1st You download Webcam Driver.
How do i install my web camra?
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

you have not give the necessary information about your computer and drivers..................Is it already fitted in your laptop or you attach it via usb??????

If you need to install driver for your web camera then search the google and download the driver ...............Then you can run your web camera

Before plugin ur cam into the pc see that u run the cd which came along with ur webcam
then while installing the software it will ask u to plugin the cam that time you have to plugin the cam
this will slove ur problem
