How to upload games to nintendo ds. There are some download sites. If I download a game, can i put that onto my DS

You can buy an M3 or R4 or DSTT ($5 for DSTT) or any number of homebrew DS carts. Search the web for them. These cards look just like a DS game cart but they have a slot for a micro SD card (most can handle SDHC too these days). You then install an OS onto the SD card along with whatever games or applications you wish to run. I have run Linux on my DS with no problems. There is a whole host of freeware applications and games for the DS so you can turn your DS into an Ipod/movie player etc. or whatever (think a pocket PC/Palm). If you are going to use DS ROMs, you must own the original game cart. Don't want to get into illegal stuff ya know.

No u wont be able to becaz there is no where to connect the ds to where u hav downloaded the games

Insert your sd card into the computer/laptop using the sd card adapter and open the file then click on the file named games. Downlaod your games you want from online sites and put them into the folder named gamnes.here you can also delete the already existing games or even add music by creating a new folder called music not in the games folder though.

How to download games in nintendo ds lite
You can download games from many sites. Just google NDS ROMS. You will need a utorrent and you will also need to open your port on your modem. You also need a card to put your games onto, and the firmware to match. there are many cards on the market. I use the ttds card, which I find works the best. But once again google them also.

Get error code 7 with my downloads
upload and install the latest tt menu's 1.17 (3) and put all 3 onto card. remove any old tt ones first.
try the site linfox for the latest downloads

what your son is talking about is an r4 card that looks like a ds game the only difference is the r4 takes a small memory card in which u can put the ds games on to the best place to get one is amazon its best to buy one with the memory card that works out cheaper .the only downfall is that the games do not come with the memory card you have to put them on yourself .there are a few sites out there that will let you download the games for it and then you have to drag and drop the games onto the memory card.sounds hard but its easy to do.

you then download this software : http://www.utorrent.com/?client=utorrent1830 to enable you to download the software from the internet

then use this site to search for the games you want http://www.mininova.org/

once you have downloaded the game - copy them into the games directory on the R4 card

you get a usb that fits a micro slot chip (get it at fry's for a buck) and then search online for games and download and drop them onto the chip. the files should have a .nds at the end of its names for ds games. a good site for ds games is ndsroms.com
