You can buy an M3 or R4 or DSTT ($5 for DSTT) or any number of homebrew DS carts. Search the web for them. These cards look just like a DS game cart but they have a slot for a micro SD card (most can handle SDHC too these days). You then install an OS onto the SD card along with whatever games or applications you wish to run. I have run Linux on my DS with no problems. There is a whole host of freeware applications and games for the DS so you can turn your DS into an Ipod/movie player etc. or whatever (think a pocket PC/Palm). If you are going to use DS ROMs, you must own the original game cart. Don't want to get into illegal stuff ya know.

No u wont be able to becaz there is no where to connect the ds to where u hav downloaded the games
