I need a manual for a GE profile side by side Profile Refrigerator. Model #'s on inside of refrigerator are: psh23pg, psh23ps, psw23ps, psc23ps, pcf23pg, pcf25ps, psc25ps, psh25pg, psh25ps The dimensions are 681/2 high bu 351/2 wide (slim fit refrig). All I need to know is where to buy one of these. This refrig. is not cooling + the icecream is turning into coup + all I can thin of is my 3 kids opening + closing it all day. I don't know where original man. is. Any ieeas where I can buy one? Thank you much !
Also, if you are able to move the refrigerator, the complete model number is on a sticker on the back of it. I own a GE Profile Arctica side by side refrigerator myself and just found my model number there. It was on the right side towards the top on the back.

Unlikely you have bad boards. Something else is causing the issue. My advice is call in a GE authorised refrigeration tech. Here is the Service Manual if you wish to continue.
Inside the fridge behind bottom drawers there is a heat element that has stopped working.You will see it is covered with ice.you will need to replace it and totally defrost both and restart.

no dont do it GE is just bad news . if you must by ge make suer you buy the extended warr .and keep it current YOU WILL NEED IT ! ....... what one should buy? it does not matter , there all the same refrig inside ,just just STYLE you pick DONT FORGET EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN !
