Outdoor grill with no gas pressure, little heat

My grill is a three-burner, stainless steel outdoor grill (with a side burner feature).
I cannot get any meaningful heat, despite plugging in a full propane tank. Even with all three burners going (and a new tank), I cannot generate more than 270 degrees. I suspect a line blockage but cannot be sure.

Thoughts?

TURN THE TANK OFF , THEN REMOVE BURNER ASSEMBLY AND CHECK FOR OBSTRUCTION IN THE GAS LINE AREA . IT IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR SPIDERS TO BUILD WEBS INSIDE THE TUBES AND CAUSE MAJOR PROBLEMS

How to reduce the heat on a weber side burner

You could try sticking something like stainless steel wire through every other hole (or all of them) in your burner to partially clog the gas output. Depending on the configuration of your burner, you could thread it through both sides and twist-tie it down underneath.

I Have A Jenn-Aie Model 720-0164 Natural Gas Grill. When I Grill, The Control Knobs Get So Hot Theyh Will Burn You. What Could Csuse This?

Can this grill be also used on propane? If so you might be running it too hot on natural gas, check to see if the control knobs have two different set of markings.

How do I change the burners on a Nexgrill Model 720-0108? Thanks for any info for less than handy woman!

That same model number has several different burners. One is a straight burner (three each); a couple are loop types and several have a flat surface with gas outlets.

I brought a European LG outdoor heater to the USA and want to convert it to LPG. Where can I find the parts? It seems that all the terminations need to be metal fitting and rubber hoses with hose clamps...

Very tricky, EU gas runs on a different mbar pressure to US. It's not just changing the parts but also making sure it is legal to operate and it will need to be tested to CSA standard. In EU they have a CE certificate - this means nothing in US. For info on LPG gas see gas types, might be best to just buy a new burner head that is already converted to run on US LPG pressure.

Can't operate more than one burner at a time

It could be something very simple. Remove the tank from the unit. Open and close all valves on the unit. Reattach the tank and SLOWLY open the tank just a little bit so as not to trip the safety mechanism inside it. Then retry.
