I have a kenmore model no. 596.57542791 side by side refrigerator and neither side is getting cold as it should. the refrigerator side is not cold at all and the freezer side is cold enough to keep the milk from going bad but not cold enough to make ice

Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong. If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing thencheck out the last two tips.

Freezer in my kenmore refrigerator isn't cold

Make sure the freezer fan motor is running. The wires may have come off when it fell.

Kenmore refrig not making ice and top shelf area in refrig not cold

if you are having tempurature issues make sure the fan in the freezer is operating. it should be on when the compresor is running. this may explain both warm fridge and no ice.
