If you are with your current carrier for more then 90 days, you can request a code by calling their support number. It will take around 1 - 3 weeks to get the code from them, and its totally free.

My phone was working suddenly my motorola was showing insert sim

Everytime I turn my phone on it says "Please Insert Sim Card" and the sim is already in there. I tried taking it out and putting it back in but it says the same thing.

Need a unlock code for a motorola sliver

you may need a new SIMS card. I locked my v3xx the same day i got it doing what you are doing. Called cs she gave a few codes over the phone that didn't help,so was told to get new one. I did, now i'm fine. I have had my phone for 3weeks now. Hope this helps.

Application lock is a lock that prevents unsecured software from being installed on your phone. This is done usually by a Registry change/hack. Google yur phone model and "Application unlock".
