Need a manual for an old PFAFF 382 hobby that i have aquired

Yes, there is a manual for the Pfaff Hobby 309. The Hobby 309 support page is http://www.pfaff.com/en-US/Support/278 . Are you sure of the model number? Pfaff doesn't have a Tiptronic 1020, just a Hobby 1020. The manual for the Hobby 1020 is not on the Pfaff site: http://www.pfaff.com/en-US/Support-and-Updates/Support . There is a Tiptronic 2010 and that manual is here: http://www.pfaff.com/SiteMedia/PFAFF/Products/Machines/Support-manuals/Tiptronic_2010_2020-manual-EN.pdf?ext=.pdf . Some sewing machine parts vendors do offer the manuals for sale.
