Please :
- Check your ricoh driver on your PC ( you must have the driver installed at your PC)
- Check PC - printer cable connection ( It must connnected securely)
- Set your ricoh printer as default printer on PC ( Go to control panel, click printer, right click ricoh and choose default printer).

It is possible that the feed clutch got dislodged or stuck. Locate the feed clutch in the printer and check. Also, remove the tray and locate the printer rollers. Clean it with cloth and winder. Rub it dry. Make sure there are no cloth fibers on the roller.

I was told it was a bubble in the line and you would have to turn it off and let it reset 9 or 10 times for the system to work the bubble out.

Error 990 is an error that has to do with the ink carridge system. This is a Ricoh defect. If your printer is still under warranty you can call Ricoh and inform them of the error and they should replace it. To try and fix is 50/50. We usually just recommend getting a replacement.

The travel lock is on open the top and on the front left underside there is a switch push it back and it should work fine

Not sure on that part number, it doesn't mean anything to me either, and isn't in any Ricoh documentation that I can find.

I am not sure of any particular KIT you would need, it sounds like just a replacement of the cartridges should do it.
