Have you completely uninstalled and then re-installed the driver?
Also be sure to check the bit version matches your OS as well (i.e. 64 bit vs. 32 bit).

Really it depends on the business and how much you deal in paper documents like invoices, receipts, etc.

Photocopying allows you to quickly copy important documents that provide you with protection from false claims by customers and/or vendors. In almost every civil case the winner is the one who had the most documentation to support their claims.

In addition it offers businesses a way to back up documents that are too important to risk losing, again it just depends on the nature of your business but if you are not a paper-free office backing up documents can be a good idea.

Did you use plug and play or did you follow the install programs' directions? If you use plug and play, many features do not work.

If you did plug and play, uninstall the printer, download the current install program from Xerox (free), presuming they make one... Some printers and lots more scanners do not work with newer OS...

THEN, use the interfact that Xerox (likely) provides, to run the printer.

Newer printeres and scanners are now NETWORK based, meaning non hosted by a computer. You have to run installs on the printer AND every machine, but then anyone can scan, for example, as if they hosted the scanner.....

Yeah, Xerox doesn't spare that part. Item Inc offers this part refurb for $350, or $300 if you send them your broken one as exchange. Here's a video of how to replace it. Good luck

It isn't necessarily bad that you do not have the discs anymore. Over time drivers and software get updated. By downloading them you will have the latest release.

Yeah Xerox does no spare this part, you need the entire lower scanner assembly (109K01870). Item Inc offers them in exchange for pretty cheap compared to Xerox prices. Here's a video to show you how to replace it. Good luck!">

Try window 32 if did not work and no other drive contact MS Microsoft tech support and ask for a driver thy may say to contact the vendor so do that first and then tell them that the vendor do not have one yet

the issue is not the copier business but with gmail. you need to use a different mail server.

This is no problem for someone with even a little networking knowledge, but it would take longer to write the instructions here, than it would to have someone spend less than an hour configuring it on site. That's my recommendation

To scan a document to file (Scan to File), the WorkCentre must be directly connected to the workstation using a USB or parallel connection. Scan to File is not supported over an Ethernet connection.
