I have a 2009 Yukon my free trial is up Sept.15th and have already upgraded to the premium package for 3 yrs $400(and some!!!) its been going on for 5 days now, i've called about 5 times and gone online and have received about 8 new signals, was connected to tech support today and did all sorts of reloads, scanning he even rebooted my account ect...... was on the phone for an hour then had to wait another 20mins and still no channels its getting REALLY frustating now
Sounds to me like a faulty tuner. I would explain all of this to the dealership, and have them replace the tuner. It's not built in to the radio, and is the only thing other than an antenna that could cause this problem, I mean it is POSSIBLE for the issue to be in the radio, but wouldn't be my first guess.
Regardless of what the problem is, it's new, and should be covered under warranty.
