Question about Alcatel Cell Phones
It sounds like the message center number has been changed in the device, in your sms settings you should find a spot called "message center" and a phone number in there different from your own. You'll need to contact Alcatel for that number.

You have to get the MMS Settings on your handset from your Mobile Service Provider.
Their are two ways to get the MMS Settings :
1. Your operator will give you a code, which you have to send via SMS to a toll free number and you will get your settings within 15-20 minutes on your handset.
2. Set your MMS Settings manually by calling your operator. They will give you the settings manually on phone. You just have to put the details in your handset options.
Hope this will help you.
