Unable to watch DVD while driving - Kenwood KVT-512 Car DVD Player

your emergency brake typically needs to be on for these to work. so that you can't watch a DVD while driving.. Please drive safely and don't distract yourself trying to watch a movie while driving.

I scanned the entire manual for your recorder and found no mention of simultaneous dvr functions as you specified, so I have no choice but to say no you cannot...sorry...

You will be unable to play any DVD that is located under your computer! Besides, with your computer sitting on your DVD, you are very likely to scratch it! Better start putting DVD's in a DVD tray, or put it away in a sleeve or something similar to protect them from getting scratched!

The drive is compatible with the following DVD Disc:

WRITE SpeedDVD+R DVD+RW DVD-R DVD-RWDVD+R DL

DVD-R DL

If you are unable to burn using those disc then the burner is defective.

If you want to watch a dvd then you would need to purchase or download a program to watch the DVD movies.

hi this is a safety feature built into the system when the handbrake is released you will not be able to watch a dvd while driving, if this has been fitted professionally they would have done this...hope this helps

The standard version has Windows Vista® Home Basic Edition SP1. This version do not have native support for decoder to watch DVD movies. Install a good DVD player like WinDVD or any other DVD player software. This will install the necessary decoder. Once this is done even if the installed trial version expire, your windows media player will still play the movies. However, if you like the software, make it fully licensed version on-line. Hope this helps.

i think ur lens is weak and unable to read the dvd disks is that so or u have a different problem always explainur problem in detail if there is a reading problem in drive try cleaning like this

open the dvd tray u can see that shiny eye like thing try cleaning th lens gently in round movement with a tissue paper or very soft cloth used to clean lcd screens see if it works , other wise ur DVD drive lens got weak from use now adays service centers are getting tons of them everyday for replacements

You cannot play DVDs on the CD-only drives. Even if you download and install PowerDVD, will not work.

Please get a DVD drive to read/write DVDs.

you can't unlock a DVD player....

if it is a DVD drive for a computer you can watch movies with VLC because it ignores the region codes.

may be u r drive door s are stuck.....try to open it by a needle....

or further it is damaged u can replase it if in warrenty.
