I was able to use my Motorola H350 Bluetooth Headset on Windows 7 by installing the drivers found in this link: http://blog.komeil.com/2009/05/installing-bluetooth-headset-in-windows.html
Good luck! It took me about a week to find the solution.

Need Windows 7 64bit drivers for Bluetiger BH-M20 Bluetooth headset

I have scoured the web on the issue of BT headset failure on Windows 7. Here\'s a summary of what I did and if this doesn\'t work, plug in a wired headset or get a #$)( Mac.

I\'m on the latest Windows 7 (as of April 2013). It discovers my Blue Tiger (bluetigerusa.com, eBay purchased new) Delux BT headset (dual ear w/ mic - designed for truckers), and even with WIndows BT driver up to date http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php, Bluetooth Support Service restarted (Start > services), device successully added with device pairing mode (Windows Add BT device and holding device button down for 15 seconds until blue and red LEDs flash alternately - pink on some phone devices), and Windows sound device (Start > sound) Playback & Recording tabs right-clicked to enable "Show disabled devices," the headset still fails to show as a playback or recording device.

Simply put, all versions of Windows after XP have sucked. They change the UI to please Microsoft but with no apparent value to the user and though the help text is noticably better than former versions, the product itself is not. If Microsoft is going to try to reinvent the Mac, I\'m just gonna go get a Mac. Microsoft should stick to Ms Office apps, which they do well. Even Apple went Unix, having to admit that their own OS was absolute rubbish. Is Microsoft preparing to die? There\'s simply no innovation there. Perhaps they should hire some ex-Disney Imagineers?

I cannot connect my h350 headset to my phone how doi I do this

on your phone open your bluthooth section and(1) turn on bluetooth. then in the bluetooth options, (2)have your phone ready to search / find devices. (3)on the h350 press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds until the blue light comes on and stays on. it is now in paring mode. (4)tell ur phone to search for devices. your phone should find it. (5)then select the h350 on your phones found devices list. they will now pair. its possible a password will be requested, i believe the factory default password for the h350 is 1234. your phone password may be the same as your phone unlock code or your voicemail code.
time is limited you may have to do this a couple of times before they actually pair together.

I too faced exactly the same problem..My phone was the Nokia N70...I too thought initially this was a problem with the headset...But when I had my phone re-started, then the headset started working fine...So I think this problem is related to the phone...Try this out...All the best!
