If problem persist, contact Kodak.

Buy a 1GB card (or 2). The spec for the SD card format is going to 2GB but the Kodak C330 not compatible with 2 GB SD memory cards.

Try removing the batteries the reinstall them and press the Power On Button. Let me know if the lens retracts.

Is the write protection switch enabled?

Which firmware is installed in the camera?
