Thanks for using FixYa. Error 50.4 means A faulty fuser error has occurred. There may be a problem with the printer's fuser, or inadequate external or internal power supply/line voltage.
1. Turn the printer off, and turn it on again.
2. Remove the surge protector or Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and connect the printer directly to a power source.
3. Try a different power cord.
4. Try a different electrical circuit or outlet.
5. Inspect the fuser for media or damage, and reseat the fuser.
a. Open the top cover.
b. Locate the green square tab on the right of the fuser flap and lift it to inspect the fuser roller for media or damage.
c. Unscrew two blue knobs located on each side above the control panel.
d. Lift the fuser by grasping the fuser housing above the green arrow on the left and right.
e. Reinstall the fuser.
6. Perform a cold reset on the printer.
a. Turn on the printer.
b. Watch the control panel.
c. When the memory starts counting, press and hold the green (Select) button.
d. Continue holding the green check button until the Ready, Data, and Attention lights flash once, and then stay on steady.
e. Release the check button when the Ready, Data, and Attention light are on steady.
f. The control panel will display SELECT LANGUAGE .
g. Press (Down Arrow) button once. The control panel will display COLD RESET .
h. Press (Select). The printer will perform a cold reset and then continue its power-on sequence.

Hi hope this helps
the error looks to be low temperature on the fuser
as a repairer of machine I would normally recommend a new fuser unit if you use the machine a lot don't go for a refurbished unit as they just dint last as long but they cost more

WARNING: The fuser is HOT. Turn the
printer off and allow it to cool for
approximately 10 minutes before removing
the fuser.
50.1 error - Fuser failure (Abnormally Low
Temperature Main Thermistor), perform the
following steps:
1. The connector between the fuser and the
printer is not connected properly. Reseat
the fuser. Check the connector J5013
between the fuser and the printer. Replace
it if damaged.
2. Break in the main thermistor. Turn the
printer off and remove the fuser. Measure
the resistance between the fuser
connectors J5013LA-2 (MAINTH) and
J5013LA-1 (GND). If it is not within the rage
of 330k ohms to 50k ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser.
3. Faulty DC controller PCB. Replace the
DC controller PCB.
50.2 error - Fuser Failure (Abnormal Warmup).
Perform the following steps:
1. The connector between the fuser and the
printer is not connected properly. Reseat
the fuser. Check the connector J5013
between the fuser and the printer. Replace
it if damaged.
2. Break in the main thermistor. Turn the
printer off and remove the fuser. Measure
the resistance between the fuser
connectors J5013LA-2 (MAINTH) and
J5013LA-1 (GND). If it is not within the rage
of 330k ohms to 50k ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser.
3. Break in the fuser heater. Measure the
resistance between the fuser connectors
J5013L-2 (FSRH) and J5013L-1 (FSRN)
with the fuser removed. If it is not within the
rage of 12 ohms to 52 ohms (at ambient
temperature), replace the fuser film unit.
4. Faulty DC controller. PCB Replace the
DC controller PCB
