I got Magic Sing ET-18000 Wireless Multiplex Karaoke Microphone 2009 Edition I used it on my Vizio 55" HDTVHowever I get a 2 second delay when singing on it so there's no way for anyone to sing properly. Is there any solution to this?
I bought et18k. just the same as yours.its 2 days old and has the same problem. the technical assistant says that its because of the digital setting that new tvs have. there are two ways to solve this though:
1. connect the video (yellow plug) to the tv. and the other two plugs (yellow and white) to the stereo. when i say stereo, its not the dvd home theater system that you have but a separate one. if you connect it to the home theater that you have, it'll just sound the same, you still have the delay.
2. connect the magic sing to the older tvs hangin out. and you'll get no problem at all.
**TVs such as sony, samsung, philips, sharp and all plasma tvs including other newly designed tvs will have the delay since they all share the HDMI thingy that causes sh*t.

Hi, keep it in mind. Latest Tv's are digital now a days they have digital circuit board. If you connecting a stereo sound on the input of digital tv it will process a digital output on the tv speaker that's why there is a delay of sound audio. To have a better sound or vocal output connect the audio cables of magic sing on old karaoke machine if u have one or ampli. If not check you're tv's adjustment on audio output. If u run you're magic sing in old karaoke machine buy adapter cables rca audio IN femail to phono input of the karaoke machine.. Hope I gave u idea.
