Any information (a picture, video, note, etc) once deleted cannot be retrived in a any phone. Except when you have some special softwares which work like a recycle bin in a computer. You simply need to ask that person to send that picture again. Be careful next time.
All ring-tones "saved" to the device will NOT be transferable if your RAZR was manufactured by Sprint, due to the engineering software of the device. If your carrier is AT&T, Verizon or T-mobile the interface should allow you to use "mass storage". Now if you are Sprint customer only pictures and video and "music" should be accessible. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Place your microsd card into the microsd adapter (this will slip into the SD slot in your pc) and then you will be able to tranfer your pictures from the microsd card to the computer. Your computer shoud automatically recognize the hardware you've inserted into the slot and should pop up a screen.
*Make sure you check your pictures on the card before removing the card from your device and placing it in pc though. You can do this by pressing menu/ok on your phone >pictures/video > my pictures/video > your phone shoudl display "extrernal memory option .
There are a couple of ways to do this, You can use "Motorola phone tools" to transfer pics, video and, ringers to and from your phone computer via a usb cable. You can save your pictures to a memory card and then send them as a email to yourself and then download them to your computer.
easier way to transfer these to comp is via bluethooth.
get a bluetooth dongle from an electronics shop, load it to your comp, pair phone to comp and then simply send via bluetooth from the phone to the comp.
No messy cables and works with all bluetooth phones ( ie not brand specific )
